Max Planck Institute Stuttgart
The award-winning Precision Laboratory is a new addition to the Institute for Solid State Research on the Max Planck campus in Büsnau, Stuttgart. The laboratory hall houses eleven individually decoupled, cube-shaped laboratories, which are seismically, acoustically and electromagnetically shielded. Each laboratory is assigned an identifying letter or number and a primary, secondary or tertiary color. As an architectural designer at hammeskrause architekten (2011–2012) I was responsible for the color concept of the laboratories, 3D architectural renderings, and model building.
